Ambrosia with Special Guest Peter Beckett of Player:Sunday, May 13
Southern California rockers Ambrosia with special guest Peter Beckett of Player will take the stage at Coeur d’Alene Casino on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 13. The rock group, known for hits “How Much I Feel” and “Biggest Part of Me,” hit it big in the ‘70s with five Top 40 singles and is set to release a new album this year. Many of the original band members remain and have toured together for the last 25 years. Peter Beckett, best known as lead singer for American rock band Player who toured with Ambrosia throughout their career, will join the band. Coeur d’Alene Casino is bringing the classic rock this May with ‘60s legends John Kay and Steppenwolf. The band is known for anthems “Magic Carpet Ride,” “Rock Me,” “Monster” and “Born To Be Wild” which was featured in the movie Easy Rider. After some member turmoil in the ‘80s the lead singer launched an all-new lineup billed as John Kay and Steppenwolf with the mission of restoring his band’s good name.
