My name is Brian Crowe. I’m a Casino Host at the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel. I was born in Spokane, Wa, and raised on the Coeur d‘Alene and Nez Perce Indian reservations. I have two beautiful daughters the older one’s name is Kamiah and her little sister’s name is Averyl.
I’d describe myself as a person that loves helping others. I take pride in providing excellent customer service. I enjoy doing outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, and camping. I’m an advocate of having fun when I’m at work and on my days off too. When I was younger I wanted to become either a police officer or a scientist – the latter being my favorite. I still have yet to fulfill my dream of being a scientist; nevertheless, I love what I do and I think that is very important, I’ve been in my current position for about four years now. Before that, I worked as the banquets/catering supervisor here at the CCRH. I really enjoy learning new things and meeting people. I look forward to meeting you when you visit our property and showing you firsthand what it means to experience traditional tribal hospitality.
Hello Everyone, my name is Spirit, and I hope I can be described as ‘spirited’ with a passion for Tribal Hospitality! I became part of the Casino family in 2001; then the Host Department launched in 2006 and I was asked to begin the team. I earned my Associates of Arts Degree from North Idaho College while continuing my career here at the Casino. My favorite part of being a Casino Host is the continual personal interaction made daily. I truly enjoy each wave Hello, each quick spoken word, each visit with casino clients.
While on my own time, I Love cooking for my children and husband Josh, basking in the sunshine (preferably by a beach), reading, and discovering more of my native culture. My work time is dedicated to creating the best experience possible for the guests that cross my path. Through my experience, I’ve learned there is nothing to stop me from striving for excellence for the sake of our guests… you are the reason I’m here! I look forward to serving you in the future!

I was born and raised in beautiful North Idaho and am proud to call this part of the Northwest my home. I am an enrolled member of the Assiniboine/Gros Ventre Tribes with lineage in the Piegan, Blackfeet and Chippewa Cree Tribes of Montana. Upon graduating from North Idaho College in 2006 (Office Specialist Certificate), and having spent time in two other departments here at CDA Casino, I was promoted to Casino Host in 2011. Hello Friends, my name is Xaviera aka “Cocoa,” and I have proudly worked for Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel since 1998 when I moved to the Coeur d’Alene reservation from Tacoma, WA. I’m also very blessed to be a member of the Coeur d’Alene tribe. My mother believed in our tribal roots & traditions, and ensured that we visited the reservation nearly every year of my childhood. It’s been an amazing journey to watch my tribe grow and thrive. All who visit, come to love the traditional tribal hospitality and heartfelt generosity we sincerely offer.
During my free time, I love spending quality time with my husband and our amazing children; preferably barbequing, camping, and enjoying music. Reading is also a passion of mine; I love a good paranormal romance novel. Although I’m not a world traveler yet, I do hope to add many more countries to my list of places I’ve ventured to.
As a Casino Host, it’s my aspiration to be the best point of contact for our guests as I can. No request is too small, nor big; it’s all about making you happy. My intentions are honest and sincere. In my heart, there is no such thing as “going above and beyond” because I’m simply doing what it takes to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You are a part of our casino family, and I want to ensure that you feel at home during your stay with us.
Hello all, my name is Sadie, I have been employed at the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel since July 2010. In those years, I have worked in almost every customer service department on property. I am also a member of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe, so I feel very blessed at the opportunity to represent not only the Casino, but also my Tribe as a part of the Casino Host Team. It is an honor and a privilege to not only see the growth of the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel, but also to be a part of it.
Along with work, I am currently a student, studying Business Management and Marketing. The majority of my spare time is spent with my kids. Along with their extracurricular activities, we enjoy hanging out at the lake, watching American Ninja Warrior, The Voice, and spending time with friends and family. I also like to shop for anything and everything, window, online, or in store!

As an employee through the years I have always felt extra pride in the relationships we have and maintain with our customers near and far. Our “Casino family” is not only our co-workers but our guests that we consider friends and family. I look forward to meeting all of you future and returning guests!
