Cash/Credit Card/Gift Card Purchases: ALL retail (excludes skincare, cosmetics, and skin/body devices) can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipts. Original tags must be attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Item(s) must be in original, saleable condition. Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Coeur Reward Purchases: No returns. ALL retail (excludes skincare, cosmetics, and skin/body devices) can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase with the original receipts. All tags must be attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Item(s) must be in original, saleable condition.

Spa Ssakwa’q’n guests are required to be a minimum of 16 years of age to receive a spa service and/or utilize the extra amenities. Guests under 16 years of age are welcome in the nail salon with parent supervision. Guests under 16 years of age are not able to access any of the other spa services and/or extra amenities.
We recommend scheduling appointments prior to arrival to ensure availability. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.

Treatments are reserved specially for you. Please notify us 24 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged in full for your service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee as well.

**Groups larger than 6 or more may be subject to a 14-day cancellation policy in order to avoid being charged in full for services.
Gift cards may be purchased through our spa receptionist or through our online store. Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel gift cards may be used for spa services or products, at any of our restaurants or lounges, the Mountain Lodge Gift Shop, for hotel stays, or at Circling Raven Golf Club.

We are open from 10 am to 6 pm daily. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and ensure you receive your full service. Otherwise, please arrive 30 minutes or more before your service time to fully unwind if you plan on using our extra amenities.
Extra amenities include: hot tubs, cold plunge and saunas. They are available for use from 10 am to 5:45 pm daily.
