  • Experienced Consultation: Scheduling a consultation with our experienced Catering and Banquet Manager/Wedding Service Specialist is highly recommended. We’ll review your vision of your dream wedding, confirm available dates and give you a tour of our wedding rooms and locations.
  • Wedding Agreement: We’ll reserve your space by preparing a wedding agreement based upon availability and confirmation of your wedding date. This agreement details the wedding date, ballroom location, time of day, and deposit schedule. Your date and room location is secured by a returned signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer.
  • Wedding Vendors: After signing your agreement, you’ll meet with our experienced Catering and Banquet Manager/Wedding Service Specialist to outline wedding details and assist in recommendations for wedding vendors.
  • Wedding Meal & Drink Service: Our Catering Sales and Banquet Manager will review your meal and libation desires and consult with our award-winning culinary team to create a menu specifically for you and your guests.

He anticipated what I would need not just in the conference area, but also to ensure that our hospitality suite was set with ice and housekeeping. Rich the valet attendant helped me make three trips from my car into the hotel and helped me keep things from falling off the cart. I big shout out to Cody in housekeeping who not just gave me directions, but actually took me to the correct suite. This was my very first conference that I planned and while I was exhausted the staff made everything so much better. I was so unbelievably impressed the day of the wedding in how the whole staff was so incredibly helpful in any way they could be including providing a golf cart and ideas of where to take photos as well as a suburban to warm the bride up in after a day of cold and sometimes wet picture taking.

Your thoughtful actions and vision of everything we would need that day still blows my mind. You all did what I cannot imagine finding in any other venue; The genuine care, the purposeful and shared passion, and the kindness! You thought of everything right down to the smallest details.

I stayed at the casino for three nights and throughout the wedding rehearsal, wedding and aftermath I never met one employee that even hesitated or acted “put upon” when we asked of something. EVERY single person was so kind.

We had a Celebration of Life event at the Pavilion at Circling Raven on August 21, 2022. The reason I am writing to you is because Claudia Graham was the person helping me set this up. She could not have been more gracious, kind and professional. This was a very trying time for me, as I had just lost my husband, and Claudia’s calm demeanor, and accommodating attitude was reassuring and flexible.

Claudia Graham

Catering & Hotel Sales Manager

Claudia has worked in the hospitality business for over 32 years. As a graduate of QC Event School, an ordained minister, and a former business owner, she seeks to fill all the needs of an event coordinator with her depth of knowledge and experience. As Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel’s Catering and Hotel Sales manager, Claudia takes great pride in her work and her team. In 2021 Claudia received the prestigious Manager of the Year award.


Taylor Riddle

Event Planner and Supervisor

Taylor has been with the CDA Casino for 11 years. He started as a server for Banquets and Catering, moved into the lead bartender position, then took on our Banquet Captain position. In 2020 Taylor was promoted to Event Planner and Supervisor. He enjoys the workplace's family atmosphere. Golfing is also a passion, being able to enjoy one of the best golf courses in the Inland NW with friends and grabbing drinks at the Nighthawk after work is a workplace bonus.
