Coeur d’Alene Casino Celebrates Anniversary Month with Entertainment, Fireworks

WORLEY, Idaho (March 5, 2018) — From small beginnings as a bingo operation, through seven major expansions, eventually evolving into the successful, community-minded casino resort hotel it is today, Coeur d’Alene Casino celebrates 25 years on March 23.

The structure that housed the bingo operation is little more than a back wall today but it tells a timeless story in the world of traditional tribal hospitality. Tribal traditions include a respect and reverence for natural law and responsible environmental stewardship.

Traditions of sharing are also reflected through the property’s commitment on behalf of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe to provide five percent of all gaming profits to public schools and education, a donation that has reached more than $33.3 million to date. The casino donations committee provides almost $100,000 annually to local charities, service organization, school programs, local emergencies and other deserving fundraisers.
