In order to ensure the safety of all of our providers and clients, please review the following information about medical contraindications
for our spa services.
Services may be denied or re-scheduled for a later date if any of the following apply.
Importance of Identifying Contraindications:

Prevent Adverse Reactions: Contraindications can cause irritation, infection, or other negative reactions.

Ensure Treatment Effectiveness: Some conditions can prevent a service from working as intended.

Protect Provider/Client Health: Contraindications can pose risks to the provider and/or client's well-being.
Massage, Facial, Manicure and Pedicure Contraindications:
Aescape Warnings
Aescape is committed to ensuring safety when using our massage product. Like with any massage, we have developed a view of when to avoid use of Aescape. This list is not all inclusive, so if you have any ongoing injuries, disorders, diseases, or conditions, we recommend that you consult your physician before using Aescape.
Avoid using Aescape if you have any of the following:
- Pregnancy
- Uncontrolled High or Low Blood Pressure
- Heart Disease or any Heart-related Condition (including pacemaker)
- Fracture
- Significant Cuts, Bruises or Open Wounds
- History or Heightened Risk of Blood Clots
- Deep vein thrombosis
- Fever or Infectious Disease
- Active cancer
- Recent surgery or injury
- Herniated/Bulging Disc
- Kidney or Liver Disease
- Intoxication
- Brace or Cast on the body, neck, or legs
- Any other condition (inflammation) that increases any risks associated with getting a massage

- Bone diseases
- Spine and nerve conditions
- Skin disorders
- Kidney conditions
- Liver conditions
- Cardiac conditions
- Diabetes
- Connective tissue disorders
