Phillip Phillips Live in Concert March 23 at Coeur d’Alene Casino

WORLEY, Idaho (January 23, 2017) — Former American Idol winner and platinum selling artist, Phillip Phillips, will be live in concert March 23 at Coeur d’Alene Casino.

In 2012 Philip Phillips released his five-time-platinum debut single “Home” and since followed with two chart-topping albums. Phillips’s earthy but expansive brand of guitar-fueled rock along with rich, soulful vocals brought hits like “Gone, Gone, Gone” and “Raging Fire” to much acclaim.

The Leesburg, Georgia-bred 25-year-old saw his first full-length effort “The World from the Side of the Moon” go platinum soon after debuting at no. 4 on the Billboard Top 200. Phillips began writing songs as a teenager where he learned to play the guitar at age 14. In 2011 with encouragement from friends and family Phillips too a break from working in his family’s pawn shop and audition for American Idol and emerged as the season 11 winner.

Raised on rock-and-roll legends like Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix, Phillips now thrives on bringing boundless energy to his live shows. Currently gearing up for tour, Phillips is also at work on a third full-length album.
