July Brings Culture, Music, Specials and More to Coeur d’Alene Casino

WORLEY, Idaho (June 29, 2018) —July is a busy month at Coeur d’Alene Casino with annual events returning including Julyamsh July 20-22, Music, Micros & BBQ on July 21 and Premium Pairings July 28.

Tickets for this month’s entertainment are going fast with tickets for The Righteous Brothers almost gone and Trace Adkins sold out. Not to be discouraged Coeur d’Alene Casino has a full year of entertainment lined up, more information on upcoming events and entertainment below:

Events and Entertainment

Annual Greater Spokane Incorporated Golf Tournament: Thursday, July 12
The 27 Annual Greater Spokane Incorporated Golf Tournament will be held on July 12 at Circling Raven with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m., players are encouraged to arrive by 12:30 p.m. Prizes will be awarded to one hole-in-one, men’s longest drive, women’s longest drive and two prizes for those closest to the pin. Julyamsh: July 20-22
Native American dancers, drummers, food concessionaires, authentic tribal artists and craftspeople return to the Kootenai County Fairgrounds July 20 through 22 for Julyamsh one of the largest powwows in the nation. For almost two decades, “The Gathering in July” has been not only among the largest but also among Indian Country’s most popular summer events. Grand entry will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday and continue on Saturday at 1 and 7 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m. Horse parades, with horses and riders in full regalia, will precede each grand entry. Camping is $20 and admission is $10, children 12 and under are free. 

Music, Micros & BBQ: Saturday, July 21 & Aug. 18
Music, Micros & BBQ returns this summer with live music, regional micro brews and all-you-can-eat barbecue. With tunes from indie style, to blues and beer that comes from the local breweries, the night will only get better.

  • July 21 – Music by Tuck Foster & The Tumbling Dice with beer from Laughing Dog out of Sandpoint, Idaho.
  • August 18 – Music by Isaac Walton & Current Flow with beer from One Tree Cider.

Red Tail Bar & Grill will serve all-you-can-eat barbecue from 6-9 p.m. Tickets for Music, Micros & BBQ are $19.50

The Righteous Brothers: Thursday, July 5
American musical duo, The Righteous Brothers, take stage at Coeur d’Alene Casino on Thursday, July 5 at 7 p.m. The original “blue-eyed soul” duo gained fame for their emotive vocal style and catchy tunes. The duo began performing in the early ‘60s reuniting several times throughout their successful careers. Bill Medley has been performing with Bucky Heard since 2016 after the loss of original member Bobby Hatfield in 2003. The Righteous Brothers will bring timeless classics including “You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin,” “Soul and Inspiration,” “Rock and Roll Heaven” and “Unchained Melody.” Tickets start at $25 and are going fast.

Country music icon Trace Adkins is bringing his time-honored hits to Coeur d’Alene Casino this July. The “You’re Gonna Miss This” crooner has sold more than 11 million albums, won three Academy of Country Music Awards and lent his talents to several films and television shows. After two decades he recently released his 12thstudio album, Something’s Going On. Known for hits like “Ladies Love Country Boys” and “Honkey Tonk Badonkadonk,” Adkins will deliver his fiery and always memorable live performance on Friday, July 20. Premium Pairings: Saturday, July 28
For the fifth year in a row Coeur d’Alene Casino is hosting Premium Pairings, a cigar and alcohol tasting event. From 1-5 p.m. on Saturday, July 28 guests will enjoy live music, a variety of vendors, samples, appetizers and two full size drinks for just $25. Door prizes including a Stay & Golf package are up for grabs. Limited tickets are available.

Cultural Tourism Packages: Aug. 1-9 and Sept. 17-23
This year’s Cultural Tourism packages offer an opportunity for the public to experience different aspects of Coeur d’Alene tribal culture and traditions. Each tour can be customized to focus on what guests are most interested in. Experiences include hiking on ancestral lands of the Coeur d’Alene’s, wandering through a grove of 1,000 year old cedars while listening to cultural stories, visiting a bison ranch, touring the Cataldo Mission and Museum and visiting the site of the Last Battle of the Coeur d’Alenes. Packages include transportation and lunch and are currently open for booking starting out at $25 per person.

The Isley Brothers: Thursday, Aug. 2
Come twist and shout as the Isley Brothers make way to the Coeur d’Alene Casino stage on Thursday, Aug. 2 at 7 p.m. The group is known for their songs “Twist and Shout,” “This Little Heart of Mine,” “Who’s That Lady” and “It’s Your Thing.” The Isley Brothers have had 10 songs top the billboard charts and 16 of their albums have hit the top 40. Tickets are on sale now starting at $35.

Lonestar: Thursday, Aug. 16
Making their way to Coeur d’Alene Casino Lonestar will take the stage on Thursday, Aug. 16. The band has sold ten million albums since they launched in 1995 and achieved ten No. 1 country music hits including “No News,” “Come Cry To Me” and “Amazed.” Merging their country roots with deep, rich vocals, Lonestar is celebrating over 20 years together. The Fab Four– The Ultimate Tribute: Monday, Aug. 30
The Beatles are back! Catch the next best thing when The Fab Four – The Ultimate Tribute to the Beatles takes the stage at Coeur d’Alene Casino. The Fab Four will transport audiences with their uncanny, note-for-note live renditions of Beatles songs from every era including “Can’t Buy Me Love,” “Yesterday,” “A Day In The Life,” “Twist And Shout,” “Here Comes The Sun” and “Hey Jude.” Tickets start at $25.
