Come learn how to create your very own ribbon pants. Spend the day with Lydia Skanan who has committed her life to expanding her artistic expression through various mediums such as traditional clothing designs. Lydia is a descendant of the Nimiipuu (Nez Perce), Yakima and is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla.
