BUTI YOGA is a trademarked style of yoga that combines jump training (plyometrics), tribal dancing and dynamic yoga asanas into an intense workout. This class is taught with a style that reflects our traditional movements with a focus on core strength, breathing, posture, and self-awareness.

Taught by Amanda Abrahamson, our Native Mindfulness Package invites you to unwind and help promote self-care, mindfulness, consciousness and self-understanding.

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Yoga bag, mat, hydra water bottle, and cooling towels
  • A 30-minute introduction to Amanda’s unique style of teaching the Buti yoga style and movements
  • A 1-hour Buti yoga class
  • A light paleo-diet meal following the class
