WORLEY, Idaho (December 19, 2025) – As 2025 comes to an end, Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel data shows that visitors to the Coeur d’Alene Tribe-owned entertainment venue hit more jackpots and collected more winnings for the year, the third year in a row that new highs were set in each statistic.

Put more succinctly – “They sure are playing and we sure are paying,” said Michelle Whaley, Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel Video Gaming Director.

Through November 2025, more than 35,000 jackpots were processed by the casino totaling approximately $80 million. Per month, that’s an average of roughly 3,200 jackpots processed and $7.2 million in winnings paid. In related positive news, the jackpot payout time decreased by more than a minute in 2025 from 2024, meaning guests wait less time to receive their cash won.

Whaley said the casino’s business objectives for 2025 included processing more jackpots, paying guests more in winnings, and doing so in less time. “Our research-driven data, innovation, and staff service help make the casino’s video gaming machines more appealing to guests,” she said.

It’s not just the property’s visitors who are appreciating the casino, industry professionals are as well, evidenced by Coeur d’Alene Casino being named the “Tribal Operator of the Year” in North and South America by SBC Americas in May 2025.

The Tribal Operator of the Year award “honors the company that demonstrated exceptional achievements across multiple areas, including operational excellence, market growth, branding expertise, innovation, commitment to responsible gaming, and dedication to tribal community development,” SBC Americas stated.

Giving back to guests and the community are a core pillar of the Tribe – it has donated more than $37 million to local, state, and regional entities, leading with education. These latest jackpot statistics illuminate how the giving extends beyond philanthropy.
