PROGRAM RULES & CONDITIONS:

1. Must be 18 years or older to become a member of Coyote Rewards Club.

2. Proper identification is required; proper identification consists of an identification card containing a photo and relevant personal information. Proper identification includes but is not limited to, a driver’s license, state-issued ID, military ID, passport or other government-issued identification document.

3. Multiple Coyote Rewards cards may be issued for members who wish to play more than one machine at a time. However, a member distributing his/her club card to other players may have his/her membership revoked and all remaining points forfeited. Your membership card is non-transferable.

4. It is the responsibility of the Coyote Rewards member to ensure his/her club card is properly inserted in the card reader for the duration of play to assure his/her account is credited with the appropriate amount of points.

5. Coyote Rewards members are responsible for notifying club card staff of name or address change in person or in writing.

6. It is the responsibility of the Coyote Rewards member to present their club card to our staff prior to a transaction to become eligible for points/benefits and/or privileges.

7. The individual registered to the club card account must conduct redemption or request account information in person and provide proper identification as previously defined.

8. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operator error and/or fraud.

9. Accounts with no activity for a period of 13 consecutive months will be considered inactive and privileges may be revoked. Any and all remaining points will be forfeited.

10. Each member of a linked account will be issued an individual club card and number. However, each member can request account information or close the account on the linked account. The total combined points on a linked account are available for total redemption by either member on that linked account.

11. Club points cannot be transferred through death, divorce, or relocation to any person not listed as a linked member on that account.

12. Coyote Rewards account discrepancies should be immediately reported to the club staff.

13. Coeur D’Alene Casino employees are not eligible to participate in the Coyote Rewards Club.

14. Management reserves the right at any time to cancel or change the program or rules of the club without prior notice.

15. Individual membership may be revoked at management’s discretion and all membership cards must be returned at the time of revocation.

16. Use of the club card implies acceptance of the club card conditions and agreement to comply with club card rules.

17. Coeur D’Alene Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen club cards.
