What is the Coyote Rewards Club? Coyote Rewards Club is Coeur D’Alene Casino’s player loyalty program. By using your Club Card every time you visit, you earn points based on your play. Your points can be redeemed for cash back, discounts throughout our casino, offers, and merchandise. Best of all, the membership to our club is free!

How do I earn points on my card? Coyote Club Card members earn points while playing our machines, based on the amount they recycle during their play. You can actually watch your point level increase while you play by viewing the reader box on your machine.

Do points expire? Your points will only expire if there is no activity on your card for (13) thirteen consecutive months.

What do I do if I lose my card? Present a valid photo ID to our friendly staff at our Rewards Booth. There will not be a charge to replace your card.

What does it mean to link my card with another member’s card? Coyote Club card members may choose to link their club cards together. Both members must go to our Rewards Booth together to sign up for this special feature. Each member will have their own club card with different club card numbers. Members each use their own cards and earn their own points. However, linked club card members are able to use their points together for redemption purposes. Each member can request account information or close the account on the linked account without the other member present. The total combined points on a linked account are available for redemption by either member on that linked account.
